OrchardIQ is provided by Kupriq, a sole trader business, on an as-is basis to help orchard businesses manage compliance, traceability, and field operations. By using OrchardIQ, you agree to the following.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the records your organisation enters into OrchardIQ, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Your organisation owns the data it enters — we act only as a processor storing and displaying it back to you.
OrchardIQ is intended for legitimate orchard and horticulture compliance management. Don't use it to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or attempt to access another organisation's data.
We aim to keep OrchardIQ available and your data backed up, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. OrchardIQ is not a substitute for your organisation's own regulatory judgement — it's a tool to help you keep records, not a source of compliance advice.
These terms may be updated from time to time as the product changes. Continued use of OrchardIQ after an update means you accept the revised terms.
